Keep Still Movin

Keep Still Movin’ for Kids is an opportunity for students of all ages and abilities to build confidence through self-expression and develop healthier relationships with their bodies. The program is uniquely designed using a combination of theatre games, yoga and creative movement to help younger students start to form connections between the body and the mind, building the foundations for better spatial sense, memory and emotional intelligence. Keep Still Movin’ for Kids can be adapted for any classroom setting and adheres to Ontario Curriculum requirements for dance and movement.


Keep Still Movin’ for Business is an opportunity to bring colleagues together in a team-building workshop that encourages creativity and fun as co-workers learn yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques that help reduce stress, improve self-awareness and foster better relationships with others. Antoinette Kumar

Antoinette has been a yoga therapist and energy worker for over a decade, receiving training in both Hatha Yoga and Meditation and Ashtanga Vinyasa methodologies. Certified to work with both children and seniors, Antoinette also works extensively with adults with special needs and specializes in creative movement for those with mobility issues.

Having been a theatre teacher for twenty-five years, Antoinette is passionate about the arts as a way to transform the mind and body through freedom of self-expression. Her unique approach to movement is influenced by her background in dance and yoga and her talent as a natural performer. Inspired by the different energies of her great teachers, Antoinette offers an organic yoga practice that connects the mind, body and spirit.
